This agreement aims to regulate the terms of use of the ambalaj.io platform and the subscription conditions for its digital services. The Platform enables users to create company profiles, showcase their products and services in the packaging and packing sector, and communicate with other companies or customers via the platform.

By completing the registration or subscription process electronically, this agreement enters into force and becomes binding on the parties.

ambalaj.io is a digital platform that does not sell physical products. The services provided fall within the scope of digital services / electronic subscriptions and include the following:

• Creating and managing a company profile page

• Displaying products and services

• Inclusion in the platform’s company directory

• Verification of companies that provide official company information

• Renting advertising space on certain pages and sections of the platform

• Additional features according to the selected subscription package

The user accepts that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

The user is obliged to update this information in case of any changes.

The subscription becomes active once the payment transaction is successfully completed.

Prices and durations of subscription packages are clearly stated on the platform.

ambalaj.io reserves the right to update prices at any time.

Whether taxes are included in the stated prices is clarified during payment.

Payments are made through the electronic payment methods provided on the platform.

If the payment transaction fails or is canceled, the subscription will not be activated.

The subscription period is determined as monthly or yearly, depending on the selected package.

The subscription starts on the date the payment is approved.

Unless the automatic renewal feature is enabled by the user, the subscription does not renew automatically.

The service provided is a digital service and begins to be performed immediately after payment.

The user accepts that they expressly consent to the service starting immediately after payment.

Once the subscription is activated, no refund is made.

However, an exception may apply in the event of a substantial technical failure caused by the platform that persists for a long time, cannot be resolved, and prevents the use of the service.

The user agrees to comply with the following:

• Not to share content that is unlawful or contrary to public morals

• Not to use the platform for misleading or fraudulent purposes

• To be fully responsible for the accuracy of the content published on their own page

• Not to infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties

The Platform undertakes to provide the service digitally within the scope of existing technical capabilities.

The Platform makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted service.

In case of violation of the terms, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user account.

The Platform is not responsible for commercial agreements or transactions carried out between users.

ambalaj.io is solely a promotion and intermediary platform and does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of the products or services offered by users.

The Platform cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.

The Platform shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to provide the service due to the following force majeure events:

• Large-scale technical failures

• Internet outages

• Natural disasters

• Decisions taken by official authorities

The Platform reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time.

The updated agreement is published on the platform, and continued use of the platform by the user constitutes acceptance of the changes.

The Platform reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time.

This agreement is subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

In any disputes arising from this agreement, the courts and enforcement offices of the place where the platform’s headquarters are located shall have jurisdiction.

By registering on the ambalaj.io platform or completing the subscription process, the user declares and undertakes that they:

• Have read this agreement in full,

• Have understood all its provisions, and

• Have accepted it without any reservation.
